Every year the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey invites students in schools across the state to create a campaign to increase awareness about some aspects of traffic safety. This year, three schools were chosen to work with TV professionals to create PSAs as part of their campaigns. In part one of our special report, we go behind the scenes to see the schools working on their PSAs.

Launching its 23rd year on the air, the Emmy award-winning, weekly half-hour program is seen across the country on more than 160 TV stations and seen around the world on the American Forces Network. In addition, educational TV channels bring TKN to districts with 10,000 schools and some 9-million students.
