Over the years there have been a growing number of movies and tv shows that portray autistic characters, like The Good Doctor, Atypical and Extraordinary Attorney Woo. But in our special two-part report, Ava tells us about “A Kind of Spark,” a groundbreaking TV series about an autistic teen and what makes it so special. In part one. We meet three of the lead actors – all of whom are autistic themselves. And in part two, we learn why a series about neurodiversity is so important and what it teaches us.
