This easy smoothie bowl recipe is the ultimate breakfast of champions. And it’s really, really pretty too. Don’t underestimate the power of cute food.
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 2 cups of frozen mixed berries
- 1 date (pitted)
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- Shredded coconut
- Dried Strawberries
- Chia seeds
- Cut Bananas
Pour the coconut milk into the bottom of the blender jar. Then add the frozen berries, banana, and the rest of the ingredients on top. Securely place lid on the jar and blend until no chunks remain. You may need to stop and stir it around if it’s too thick.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and place toppings on top. Enjoy!
