Coachella 2022 Day Two Best Moments: Billie Eillish’s History-Making Set, Megan Thee Stallion New Song & More

Here’s what went down on Day 2 of the 2022 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival:

Billie Eilish deliver powerful and polished headliner set  

Billie Eilish’s Saturday night headlining performance at Coachella included a surprise appearance from Damon Albarn, who joined the young pop singer to perform Gorillaz’s classic “Feel Good Inc.”

Albarn initially joined Eilish on stage to lend vocals to “Getting Older,” from Eilish’s sophomore album, Happier Than Ever. The two, along with De La Soul’s Posdnuos, then launched into a rousing version of “Feel Good Inc.”

Megan Thee Stallion performs new song at Coachella

Making good on her promise, Megan played a brand new track, though she didn’t reveal the name. The song — which reportedly samples Jodeci and Wu-Tang’s “Freak’n You Remix” — seemingly takes aim at an ex, with Megan saying it was “personal” and dedicated to “whom the fuck it may concern.”

Post Malone join 21 Savage for “Rockstar”

Post Malone may not have been included as one of the many names on Coachella’s 2022 lineup, but the 26-year-old still have the opportunity to perform in California over the weekend at the Revolve Party, which took place at the Merv Griffin Estate, in the Palm Springs area, as per TMZ.

It’s been reported that the “White Iverson” singer was emotional, and used his stage time to touch on the importance of “[spreading] love to family, friends, and strangers.” Post also discussed the ongoing crisis in Ukraine, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the struggles that come along with life in general.
