Raid Cross – are you game?

Young people are surrounded by images of violence – from politics and history classes in school to popular entertainment, such as movies and video games. Raid Cross is a role-playing simulation activity designed by the French and Belgian Red Cross to help young people explore: •The humanitarian issues involved in armed conflict situations.

The purpose of Raid Cross is to make young people aware of the harsh realities of armed conflict and the power of humanitarian action. When they see violence portrayed in the media and other outlets, they will have the necessary tools to interpret events and understand these situations from a humanitarian point of view. To learn more, on our next report Alexa found out more about the Law through a special Red Cross program for teens, called RAID CROSS.
