Recipe – Aubrey’s Avocado Pudding
- One avocado
- Half a cup of Greek yogurt
- One tablespoon of honey
- Seed the avocado, by carefully using a knife (if you are allowed to do so). Just place the knife in the avocado, and roll along the seam until you get to the other side. Remove the knife. Place the avocado in your hand. Twist a little bit and then open it up. Now, to remove the seed from the avocado, have a towel to put the avocado on so you have a little stability for the avocado. Place the part with the seed on to the towel, and gently place the knife over the seed and give it a little bit of a whack. Now take the seed with the avocado and the knife and twist it just a little bit. The seed will be attached to the knife, take the same towel and gently remove the knife out of the seed.
- Put all of the ingredients: the avocado, Greek yogurt and the honey into a food processor. Turn it on and keep going until it is nice and smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, grab a spoon and enjoy! It’s best to eat it right away, as avocados tend to turn brown after a while.
